Our complex comprises the planned neighborhood of Cidade dos Lagos (Cilla), which occupies an area of ​​3 million square meters. We are proud to be part of this project that represents a new era of sustainability, after all, in addition to international environmental certifications, the neighborhood is located next to the Municipal Natural Park of Araucárias, the largest reserve of araucária tree in urban perimeter - a preserved green area of ​​104 hectares - in which the human presence occurs without disturbance. In 2018, the Cilla complex opened Cidade dos Lagos Mall – a sustainable and innovative enterprise with impact in terms of employability, generating directly 800 new jobs; indirectly, the project attracted initiatives and companies that demanded the hiring of approximately 5,000 people. The expectation is that with the consolidation of the project, scheduled for the next five years, the daily public of the CILLA complex set is going to be 30 thousand people.
